• Authentication credentials managed through our auth provider (Supabase)
• Google account identifier (if you sign in with Google)

Usage Data

• Playback progress and listening history
• Onboarding questionnaire responses (if you choose to complete and save them)
• Playlist creation and content preferences
• Core area points and listening streaks

Device Information

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Push notification token (if you enable notifications)
• Crash reports and error logs (via Sentry)

Purchase Information

• Subscription status and purchase history (managed through RevenueCat and Apple)
• We do not directly store payment card details or billing information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App and its features
• Process and manage your subscriptions and purchases
• Track your listening progress and wellness journey
• Personalize your experience (e.g., suggested practices, area-based recommendations)
• Send push notifications (with your consent) about new content and updates
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app stability through error tracking

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting. Data is stored securely in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases.

• Apple App Store — Payment processing for in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple handles all payment information directly.
• Sentry— Error monitoring and crash reporting. Sentry receives anonymized error data and device context to help us fix bugs. See Sentry's privacy policy at https://sentry.io/privacy.
• Postmark — Transactional email delivery for welcome and purchase confirmation emails.
• Expo — Push notification delivery and app update infrastructure.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data. 1MILLIONSTUDIOS does not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secure, cloud-hosted databases managed by Supabase. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Audio content downloaded for offline listening is stored locally on your device and can be cleared from the Account screen at any time.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

Anonymized usage data and aggregated statistics may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion — Delete your account and associated data through the Account screen in the App. You can also contact us at support@1millionstudios.com for data deletion requests
• Portability — Request your data in a portable format
• Objection — Object to certain processing of your data
• Withdraw Consent — Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

9. Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications about new content, updates, and personalized recommendations. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

Your push notification token is stored securely on our servers and is used solely for delivering notifications through the Expo Push API.

10. Cookies & Local Storage

The App uses on-device storage (AsyncStorage) to persist your preferences, authentication session, cached content, and playback state. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to third parties.

The App does not use browser cookies.

11. International Data Transfers

1MILLIONSTUDIOS is based in Mumbai, India. Your data may be processed and stored in locations outside your country of residence, including in the United States (where some of our third-party service providers are based).

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place when transferring data internationally.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
