1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ALIGN Subliminals mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 1MILLIONSTUDIOS ("Company", "we", "us"), a company based in Mumbai, India.
2. Description of Service
ALIGN Subliminals provides access to bundled audio content featuring subliminal affirmation tracks across wellness categories including Sleep, Mood, Focus, Body, Success, Relationships, and Inner Work. The App allows you to browse, listen to, download for offline use, and create playlists of audio content.
Subliminal affirmation tracks are designed to support personal well-being through audio-based affirmation techniques. The content is for general wellness purposes only.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may create an account using your email address or through third-party sign-in providers (e.g., Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
The App offers free content as well as premium content available through an ALIGN Pro subscription or lifetime access purchase.
ALIGN Pro subscription plans include weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly options. A one-time lifetime purchase is also available.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store via in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies. 1MILLIONSTUDIOS does not directly process payments or issue refunds for App Store purchases.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All audio content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and other materials available through the App are the property of 1MILLIONSTUDIOS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes through the App. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from 1MILLIONSTUDIOS.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Share, redistribute, or re-sell any content from the App
- Use automated tools to access or interact with the App
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or subscription requirements
- Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure
7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
The subliminal affirmation content provided through ALIGN Subliminals is intended for general wellness and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1MILLIONSTUDIOS makes no claims that the content will produce specific health outcomes. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of content you have accessed through the App.

8. Availability & Modifications
1MILLIONSTUDIOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of its content at any time without prior notice. We may also update, add, or remove content from the App's catalog.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. The App requires an internet connection for most features, though downloaded content may be accessed offline.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1MILLIONSTUDIOS and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time through the Account screen in the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through your device's App Store settings to avoid further charges.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
1MILLIONSTUDIOS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
